Marcus Kreutler is a researcher at Erich Brost Institute for International Journalism at TU Dortmund University and a trained journalist. He has coordinated two international research projects for the European Journalism Observatory, into news coverage of the Ukraine conflict in 2014 and of migration in 2015–2018. His main research interests are international and transnational communication and foreign reporting.
